Fee Schedule:
2 hours minimum (up to 200 people) $600
Additional persons over 200 $2.00 each
Additional swimming hour over 2 hours minimum $200
Maximum Fee (1100 persons) $1650

Catering: Private parties can be catered by the caterer of your choice.

Clean-up: When utilizing an outside caterer, the renter must ensure that the facility is free of trash and garbage.

A clean-up/damage charge may be required for catered parties.

Rentals can be terminated at any time by the Water Park Director or the Operations Manager when the rules and policies governing the facility are violated.

1. In the event of severe weather, the renter has up until 4:00pm of the day of the party to cancel.

2. In accordance with State laws, we are required to remove all swimmers from the pool and deck area in the event of thunder or lightning. We do not give refunds in the event of severe
weather.

3. Use of alcohol is not permitted.

4. All Wetlands Water Park rules apply to guests visiting the park at all times.

5. Wetlands Water Park will not be responsible for storage of any kind.

6. Security personnel may be required by the Manager as part of the rental agreement. If required and/or requested by the renter, security can be obtained for the cost of $20 per hour.

7. Youths must be supervised during parties by adults 18 years or older.
8. Wetlands Water Park reserves the right to require proof of liability insurance from any or all groups.

I have received, read and understood the Wetlands Water Park Rental Agreement Policies and the Water Park Rules. I will ensure that my group will abide by the requirements of said policies and rules. I, the applicant, agree to indemnify Wetlands Water Park and hold it harmless from all liabilities arising out of my group’s/
organization’s use of Town property and/or facilities, including but not limiting to personal injury, property damage, court cost or attorney’s fees. Town approval is contingent upon applicant’s satisfactory completion of all financial and/or insurance obligations as may be required by Wetlands Water Park.
