Under the supervision of the Director of Environmental Services this position plans, organizes, and supervises the work of Sewer Construction. This person performs both skilled and unskilled labor and has a knowledge and ability to operate all equipment required for sewer construction. They also must be able to read and understand plans and perform various management duties as required.
