Please title each image file in the following format for organizational purposes:

2 - Last name_first name_The Title of the work. jpg.

Another example:

DESCRIPTION OF IMAGES

Please copy, paste, and fill out the information below for each and every entry.

• Artist's name
• Title
• Medium
• Dimensions (including framing)
• Date Completed
• Photographer (whomever took the photograph you submit):
• Sale Price.  If not for sale (NFS)
• Insurance Value

All above information MUST be included in the description of each entry in order to be judged.  This helps us allocate space and assists with marketing. Failure to include the above information will result in an incomplete submission and will not be eligible.
