Please review the following and initial your acceptance below:

  • Concession will be open during festival hours:
    Saturday, July 3 - 10 am - 10 pm
     Sunday, July 4 Noon - 10 pm


  • Concession fee of $400.00 plus $50 electrical fee (if applicable) is due with this application. Any vendors not selected will be refunded.

  • Set-up will begin on Friday, July 2nd between 5:30 - 7 pm.  A setup time will be assigned to you once the line-up is finalized. 
    • The parade will take place Saturday, July 3rd at 10 am.
    • The fireworks will  take place on Sunday, July 4th at 10 pm. 
    • Concession breakdown may begin after 10 pm, Sunday, July 4th, 2021. Street access will be delayed due to lingering pedestrian traffic and Main Street will be reopened for access once the festival area is cleared.

    • Concession vendor agrees to pay all fees as required by local regulations and the State of Tennessee, including, but not limited to, State of Tennessee sales tax form. Tax forms will be handed upon check-in.

  • Concession vendor must provide a certificate of insurance for product liability in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00).  The insurance certificate must name the Town of Jonesborough as additional insured party.  This certificate of insurance must be provided no later than Friday, June 18th, 2021.  Certificate can be mailed to Jonesborough Days  123 Boone Street,  Jonesborough, Tennessee 37659   Attention Melinda Copp or emailed to: melindac@jonesboroughtn.org

    • Concession must provide all necessary equipment and abide by regulations of the Town of Jonesborough and the State of Tennessee and pass inspection by the Tennessee Department of Health.  The inspector will be around to inspect all booths before the start of the festival.

    • NO SUB-LEASING OF VENDOR SPACE IS ALLOWED.

  • The Town of Jonesborough will provide Concession vendor with an adequate location within festival grounds (up to a 10’ x 20’ space) with access to water and electric service. If grease disposal is required, please notify us at check-in. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY GREASE, GRILL SCRAPINGS, OR SCRAPS OUTSIDE YOUR BOOTH.
    **SPACE SIZE INCLUDES TRAILER HITCH AND ANY OTHER ITEM THAT MIGHT AFFECT YOUR ENTRY. IT MUST BE WITHIN THE 20’ SPACE.

  • Concession vendor is responsible for providing enough trash receptacles, electrical cords and water hoses for his/her own booth.

  • Each concession vendor will be given 4 parking passes upon arrival. Vendor parking will be directly behind the courthouse.

  •  Our electrician will be on hand to assist you with your water and electrical needs.  WE ASK THAT EVERYONE WORK TOGETHER IN GETTING SET UP IN PLACE AS SPACE IS LIMITED. 

Concession vendor will provide the following list of food and/or drinks and the prices that will be charged.  There will no additions to your menu. All prices must be clearly posted at the sales window.


Concession vendors must have adequate water hose and electrical cable for your booth.

If your booth does NOT receive approval to be in the festival, your remittance will be returned to you. If your booth DOES  receive approval,  you will receive a confirmation packet which will include a specific time to set up for the festival.
