2. Vendors must provide tables, tents, tent weights (40 lbs. per leg), etc.
4. All decisions on vendor selection and location will be final.
5. There is NO guarantee that you will receive the same spot.
6. I understand that I must stay for the entire show.
Your selection as an exhibitor depends on the content and presentation of your work or product. All crafts/art will be juried. Do not forget to enclose three or more close-up photos of the items you intend to sell. We are looking for unique, handmade items. Photos may be used for promotions. Please initial that you acknowledge.
Yes, it's okay to send me text messages including confirmations, changes, updates, and/or promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. View our terms of service & privacy policy.
All applicants must submit (3) photos with your application or provide a business website, Facebook, or Etsy page where we can view your work. In addition please include one photo of your workspace. You must provide photos even if you are a returning vendor.
You will NOT pay your vending fee until you are accepted, but please select below what area you'd prefer and how many spots you need.
You are ONLY paying a non-refundable application fee. Please note, that completing this application does not guarantee approval.
If you are accepted, we will reach out to you via email and share a link where you must pay for your space within 72 hours. If you do not pay it within that time frame, your spot will be passed on to the next person. Be sure to check your email. You will be notified if you've made it into the show by May 16, 2025.
