  1. This year’s festival is open 10am-10pm. Concessions will be open during festival hours:
    Saturday, July 2– 10am-10pm
    Sunday, July 3 12pm-10pm
  2. CONCESSION SPACES FEE AND SIZE HAVE CHANGED. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! THE COST IS NOW $250 FOR A 10’ X 10’ FOOD VENDING SPACE. YOUR ENTIRE SETUP MUST FIT WITHIN YOUR PURCHASED SPACE. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE MEASURE YOUR SET UP INCLUDING TRAILER TONGUE AND ALL DISPLAY TABLES AND EQUIPMENT. YOU MUST FIT WITHIN YOUR PURCHASED SPACE DUE TO UPDATED FIRE DEPARTMENT GUIDLELINES AND CODES. PLEASE PURCHASE ENOUGH SPACE FOR YOUR ENTIRE FOOD VENDING SET UP.  ADDITIONAL FOOTAGE MAY BE PURCHASED IN 5’ FOOT INCREMENTS ONLY FOR $125. IF YOU NEED ELECTRICITY, IT IS AN ADDITIONAL $50 FEE. THERE IS A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE DUE WITH YOUR APPLICATION. DEADLINE TO BE CONSIDERED IS FRIDAY MAY 27TH, 2022, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY FRIDAY JUNE 3RD,  2022 IF YOU ARE SELECTED.  Any vendors not selected will be refunded. Please provide 3-5 photos of your food and drink products. *** Previous participation in the festival does not guarantee selection for this year’s event.
  3. Set-up will be on Friday, July 1st beginning at 5:30pm. A set-up time will be assigned to you once the line-up is finalized.  
    • The parade will take place Saturday, July 2nd at 10:00 am.
      • The fireworks will take place on Sunday, July 3rd at 10:00 pm.
      • Concession breakdown may begin after 10:00 pm, Sunday, July 3, 2022. Street access will be delayed due to lingering pedestrian traffic and Main Street will be reopened for access once the festival area is cleared.
  4. Concession agrees to pay all fees as required by local regulations and the State of Tennessee, including, but not limited to, State of Tennessee sales tax form.
  5. Concession must provide a certificate of insurance for product liability in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00).  The insurance certificate must name the Town of Jonesborough as additional insured party. This certificate of insurance must be provided no later than Friday, MAY 27TH, 2022.   6. Concession must provide all necessary equipment and abide by regulations of the Town of Jonesborough and the State of Tennessee and pass inspection by the Tennessee Department of Health. The inspector will be around to inspect all booths before the start of the festival.
  7. No sub-leasing of any vendors spaces is allowed.
  8. The Town of Jonesborough will provide Concession with an adequate location within festival grounds with access to water and electric service.  If grease disposal is required, please notify us at check-in.  DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY GREASE, GRILL SCRAPINGS, OR SCRAPS OUTSIDE YOUR BOOTH. 
    **SPACE SIZE INCLUDES TRAILER HITCH AND ANY OTHER ITEM THAT MIGHT AFFECT YOUR ENTRY.  IT MUST BE WITHIN THE PURCHASED SPACE.
  9. Concession is responsible for providing enough trash receptacles, electrical cords and water hoses for his/her own booth. Please DO NOT POUR GREASE DOWN THE DRAINS. PLEASE CLEAN UP AND PLACE ANY TRASH FROM YOUR AREA IN BAGS TO BE PICKED UP AFTER THE FESTIVAL IS OVER. PLEASE BREAK DOWN ALL BOXES. PLEASE DO NOT SPILL GREASE ON THE PAVEMENT. THERE WILL BE A $250 FINE IF GREASE IS SPILLED ON THE PAVEMENT OR POURED DOWN THE DRAINS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR AREA IS LEFT THE WAY YOU FOUND IT. SO PLEASE COME PREPARED TO COVER THE PAVEMENT WITH FIREPROOF FLOORING IF YOU ARE COOKING WITH GREASE.  ROOFING TAR PAPER WORKS WELLTO CATCH GREASE SPILLS OR YOU CAN PURCHASE A FLAME RETARDNANT TARP TO PLACE DOWN IF YOU ARE COOKING WITH GREASE OR OIL. THIS IS A REQUIRMENT.
  10. Each vendor will be given 4 parking passes upon arrival.  Vendor parking will be directly behind the courthouse.  
  11. Our electrician will be on hand at set-up to assist you with your water and electrical needs. We ask that everyone work together in getting set-up in place as space is limited.
  12. The Town of Jonesborough is not responsible for any stolen/damaged items or equipment. If you are vending from a tent, please make sure it is secured in case of heavy winds with adequate weighting or sandbags.  

Concession will provide the following food and/or drinks at the prices listed (no additions to menus allowed once accepted). All prices must be clearly posted at the sales window.

Please upload 3 or 4 photos of the food you are wanting to offer at Jonesborough Days.



 As a concession’s vendor, please make sure you have ample water hose and electrical cable for your booth..

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS (In this section, please include all electrical appliances you will be using in your booth.

*If your appliance uses 220 volts, describe the type of plug it uses.  For example, is it a twist lock plug?  Also, upload a picture of the prong configuration.  Without this information, we may not have the type of connection you need.



PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION

If your booth does NOT receive approval to be in the festival, your remittance will be returned to you. If your booth DOES  receive approval,  you will receive a confirmation packet which will include a specific time to set up for the festival.
